Shipping/Refund Policy

Shipping

NGSSS uses Australia Post® as the primary shipping agent. All shipments are sent by “Parcel Post/Signature on delivery” at a standard rate of $11.00 per order. Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of order fullfillment. Orders can be shipped to anywhere in Australia, only.

 

Return & Exchange  

NGSSS offers an EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY. NGSSS is happy to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product. You must,however, email us atngsss@skymesh.com.au before returning items within 14 DAYS of parcel dispatch. Exchange requests made beyond this time will not be granted.

All items must be returned in an as “new” condition, with all tags and packaging intact. An exchange will not be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, your exchange item will be posted to you within 3 working days of receiving your returned item. Please see below for further details.

 

Sale items  

Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be exchanged.

 

Shipping Exchanged Items

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  

1 Eden St,

Cathcart, New South Wales, 2632.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Please include an appropriate pre-paid satchel for the delivery of your exchanged item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

In Store Exchanges

Exchanges can be made in store at no extra charge.
